Finni is a specialised mortgage broker that was created by property investors for property investors.
The founders of Finni have spent decades building our respective portfolios. At every step, securing the right finance has been the enabler that has driven our growth and helped accelerate the wealth we have built.
Finding a broker that understands the complexities of investment funding, the critical impact of speed, and the power that pricing can have on cashflow, is very hard. So, we decided to build our own brokerage for us – and for other investors like us – to get a clear advantage in property investment.
Finni has the expertise to help investors navigate and pinpoint the best investment lenders in the market. From the major banks to the most boutique funder, we have every imaginable scenario covered.
Whether they’re at the start of their journey and financing their first investment property, or built a substantial portfolio and are now taking on larger, more complex projects, you can be sure that we’ve financed it before.
Our team has been hand-picked for their investment finance expertise. They deal with investors and the best lenders day in day out and know the investment market better than anyone.
They can talk to you clearly, and with confidence, on your funding options – helping you to form educated opinions on financing, and ultimately, make the right funding decisions.
If you want to maximise your clients’ returns on their investment and create wealth through property, Finni is your partner in finance.
